My Ebay Finds

I guess I should start this out by saying I don't usually use Ebay. If I buy things from people online I usually use Etsy. Etsy is more personable and, I feel, more user friendly. However, I did stumble across one of the sweetest ladies on Ebay, and I'm so glad I did. Her name is Debbie and she kept in touch with me until the package got to me, and was so very helpful and genuinely nice. When I got the package and opened it up, the shirt was wrapped in red tissue paper and had a hand written note. I definitely don't expect this from sellers, but it was such a lovely surprise, and I just had to spread the word about Debbie and her shop. You can see her shop here. 

The shirt I got from her is a black and white striped button up, and the material is thick and sturdy which made me very happy. I get so bummed out whenever I feel how cheap and thin fabric feels now a days, and the high prices the stores want for them. The shirt also came with shoulder pads, but were easy to remove. I wonder if they have any cool craft ideas for shoulder pads? Well anyways, here's the shirt in all its glory!

 I love it and have already come up with 4 or 5 different outfits around it! Thank you so much Debbie, and I will definitely be a returning customer! Now this red shirt I found is from another ebay shop. I never heard from the seller, but the shipping was very fast. If you're curious about this shop it's here. I've never seen a shirt quite like it and I LOVE it! I fell in love with it when I saw the big shiny buttons down the back. Sorry for the blurry first picture!

I could see me wearing it tucked in with a high waist skirt and shorts, or left out with dark skinny jeans underneath. I hope everyone is enjoying their Friday, I know I am. You should definitely stop by Ms. Debbie's shop for a minute or two. I am going to get ready for class and try not to burn my mouth on this lean pocket!
